Character Sharing & Portability

Visibility Settings

Control who can see your character sheet:

• Private (default) — only you can see it
• Unlisted — anyone with the share link can view it
• Public — visible to everyone and listed on your profile

To change visibility, click the Share button on your character sheet header and select your preferred option.

Share Links

When your character is set to Unlisted or Public, a share link is generated. Copy this link and send it to your DM, party members, or anyone you'd like to share with. The link leads to a read-only view of your character sheet.

Character Templates

Save your character build as a reusable template:

1. Go to Character Management at the bottom of your character sheet
2. Enter a template name and click Save Template
3. When creating a new character, you can load from your saved templates

Templates save your species, class, ability scores, background, and equipment choices.

Campaign Transfers

Move your character between campaigns:

1. Go to Character Management → Transfer to Campaign
2. Select the destination campaign from the dropdown
3. Click Transfer

Your character's data is preserved — only the campaign assignment changes.

Printing

Click the more menu (three dots) in the character header and select Print. Lorekeeper uses optimized print CSS to produce a clean, paper-friendly character sheet. This works with your browser's built-in print function — no PDF download required.

Journal

Your character journal is a private space for session notes, character thoughts, and discoveries. Your DM and other players cannot see your journal entries. Each entry can be linked to a specific session and dated.

Access your journal via the Journal button in the character header.
