Last updated Mar 16, 2026

Setting Up a Calendar

  1. Go to your campaign → Calendar
  2. Choose a preset or create a custom calendar

Presets

  • Harptos (Forgotten Realms) — 12 months, 30 days each, plus 5 holidays
  • Greyhawk — the Oerth calendar with 12 months and 4 festivals
  • Eberron — 12 months with Eberron-specific names
  • Standard — a simple real-world-style 12-month calendar

Custom Calendars

Define your own calendar with:

  • Custom month names and lengths
  • Custom day names (week structure)
  • Special holidays and festivals

Tracking Time

The calendar shows the current in-game date. As the DM, you can:

  • Advance by day — move forward one day
  • Advance by week — jump a week ahead
  • Rewind — go back in time if you made a mistake
  • Jump to date — go to any specific date

Calendar Events

Add events to track important in-game dates:

  • Festivals and holidays — recurring annual events
  • Story events — one-time events tied to your campaign
  • Session dates — link sessions to their in-game date
  • Categories — organize events by type with color coding

Events appear on the calendar view and can be viewed in a list format.
