Inviting Players
- Go to your campaign page
- Open the Players panel
- Click Invite Player and enter their email address
- The player receives an email invitation with a link to join
- Once they accept, they appear in your player list
If a player doesn't respond within 48 hours, a follow-up reminder email is sent automatically.
Assigning Characters
After a player joins, they can assign one of their characters to the campaign. The assigned character appears in:
- Session attendance tracking
- The combat tracker (as a PC combatant)
- Party loot distribution
- The campaign dashboard analytics
Co-DM Roles
Share campaign management with another player:
- In the Players panel, find the player you want to promote
- Change their role to Co-DM
- Co-DMs can create and edit sessions, NPCs, encounters, and other campaign content
Campaign Visibility
By default, campaigns are Private. You can make them:
- Unlisted — accessible via share link
- Public — visible on the Campaign Discovery page, where other users can browse and review it
Campaign Templates
Start from a pre-built structure instead of a blank campaign. Templates include suggested sessions, encounters, NPCs, and locations. Available to Dungeon Master tier subscribers.
